MBA in Business Analysis

Business analysis is a critical process that drives the process and project life cycle. The business analyst, acting as an intermediary between the business and technical communities, analyzes competing business needs and develops plans to implement the process and projects that support stakeholder objectives. Forward looking organizations look to the analyst and business process owner to work collaboratively so that business process adds value to the overall business operation. In order to do this, the business analyst and process owner need an architectural approach to business process. This program explores the role and function of the BA working in partnership with business and information technology contributors.
